The North Korean government requested international aid in response to floods in North Korea that have killed hundreds and washed away buildings and bridges.
The flooding is the third major international flooding incident in the past month.
India and South Asia were devastated by floods in early July.
Later last month, major rivers flooded over when England saw its heaviest rainfall in over 200 years.
